Eric Rountree, CEO


Eric Rountree’s first experience in the marketing communications industry came in 1992 working for Harris Graphics while attending Georgia State University.  After gaining experience in all phases of production, Eric developed a great affinity for the business.  He subsequently dedicated himself to master every phase of the industry.

Eric joined New London Communications in 2000 as an equity partner and assumed the position of Vice President of Operations.  Within the first two years of Eric’s management, New London was recognized as the fourth fastest growing company in its respective industry.  Through years of measured success, Eric was promoted to COO.

In late 2013, Eric was made Chief Executive Officer by the board of directors. On March 25, 2016, Eric purchased New London from private equity. With goals of growth and prosperity for all in mind, Eric continues to deliver today providing the foundation and pillars for the company to transform itself into the Integrated Marketing Company of the future.

Eric has a wife and two daughters and enjoys coaching them in softball.  He is also an avid golfer and enjoys most all things outdoors.


Larry Ballew, V.P. Sales


Larry Ballew joined New London in 2014.  He brings many years’ experience managing teams, and launching branded ecommerce and fulfillment programs for Fortune 1000 companies. 

Larry thrives on growing companies by building world class product offerings and executing flawlessly.  He enjoys coaching, managing and working in the trenches with the best and most experienced team of reps in our industry.

New London recently made the Top 25 list of Marketing & Advertising companies in Atlanta, and he has his sights on making the Top 10 list by 2020.


Tim Bennett, Plant Manager

TIM-BENNET-PLANT-MANAGER-NEW-LONDONTim Bennett, Plant Manager, has been with New London since 1999.  When Tim started with the company as a Pressman, there were only about 10 employees. Since that time, the company has grown and evolved – and so has Tim!

Tim enjoys the fast-paced environment at New London as well as the daily opportunities to solve problems.  But most of all, Tim values the people he works with, both internal and external.

When not at work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Heather and daughter Katie. They find many ways to have fun together, and Katie especially loves to go fishing with her dad. Tim’s family is very active in their church and Tim often spearheads special projects in his role on the Board of Trustees.

Lori Cooper, V.P. Finance

LORI-COOPER-CONTROLLER-INVESTOR-RELATIONS-NEW-LONDONLori Cooper is the V.P. of Finance here at New London. Lori began her career with New London in July, 2013.  Lori has 21 years of professional accounting experience and her focus here is highly concentrated in investor relations, cash forecasting, budget modeling, external audits, and financial reporting.  In addition to Lori’s financial responsibilities, she manages our payroll, HR and employee benefits programs.

Prior to joining New London, Lori worked with several software-industry related firms. Lori spent six years as VP of Accounting & HR at Reflex Systems. At Reflex Systems, Lori was responsible for accounting, human resources, and investor relations.  Preceding Reflex Systems, Lori spent 3 years leading the accounting team at Ciphertrust, Inc. and was responsible for coordinating all external audits while maintaining timely month-end financial reporting.  Prior to Ciphertrust, Lori worked 5 years as International Accounting Manager at MAPICS, Inc . with a concentrated focus on on international accounting, internal ERP reporting, and consolidating financials for multiple locations around the world.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elon University in North Carolina.

Christmas time is Lori’s favorite time of year! She truly enjoys supporting the Clark Howard’s Christmas Kid’s List, which provides Atlanta-area foster children with new toys to open on Christmas morning.

When Lori is not at New London she enjoys playing tennis and golf.  She’s a BIG FAN of all sports! On Fall Sunday’s, you can find Lori cheering on her favorite hometown team – the Baltimore Ravens.


Donnie Halcomb, Estimating Manager

DONNIE-HALCOMB-ESTIMATING-MANAGER-NEW-LONDONDonnie Halcomb has been a valued member of the New London team for the past 6 years. He loves the New London collaborative spirit, where everyone pitches-in as needed to help to get the job done!

Donnie has developed strong relationships with clients and co-workers. He really enjoys estimating projects and watching them develop from concept to completion –  the jobs come to life through the production process. 

On the weekends and when Donnie is not working he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching a good movie and participating in fun, local activities.

Donnie is involved in a local church, which generously provides meals to needy families on Friday nights. On occasion, Donnie might need to leave early to support that cause. “It really is a very humbling experience to see how appreciative people are just to receive a good hot meal. It makes you very thankful for all that you have.”


Christina McDonald, Client Services Manager


As New London’s Client Services Manager, Christina McDonald oversees project management and customer service for the company. Her team supports our sales reps and is responsible for bringing print and marketing projects to life. Christina loves the team atmosphere here at New London and strives to make our customer’s experience with us exceptional!

Christina McDonald joined New London as a Project Manager in 2013 and later managed our E-commerce Department and programs. Christina brings 6 years of experience in marketing and retail buying, with a heavy concentration in marketing strategy, visual merchandising, inventory management, and vendor partnerships & customer relations. This has allowed her to contribute fresh ideas and collaborate between departments to improve processes and efficiency for the benefit of our employees and clients.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! She resides in Alpharetta with her husband, daughter and boxer puppy, and cherishes time spent with family. She loves traveling, playing tennis, interior decorating, DIY projects, and binge watching Netflix. Christina finds joy in giving back to her local community and supporting ministries worldwide. “We are blessed to be a blessing!”
