Eric Rountree, CEO

Eric Rountree’s first experience in the marketing communications industry came in 1992 working for Harris Graphics while attending Georgia State University.  After gaining experience in all phases of production, Eric developed a great affinity for the business.  He subsequently dedicated himself to master every phase of the industry.

Eric joined New London Communications in 2000 as an equity partner and assumed the position of Vice President of Operations.  Within the first two years of Eric’s management, New London was recognized as the fourth fastest growing company in its respective industry.  Through years of measured success, Eric was promoted to COO.

In late 2013, Eric was made Chief Executive Officer by the board of directors. On March 25, 2016, Eric purchased New London from private equity. With goals of growth and prosperity for all in mind, Eric continues to deliver today providing the foundation and pillars for the company to transform itself into the Integrated Marketing Company of the future.

Eric has a wife and two daughters and enjoys coaching them in softball.  He is also an avid golfer and enjoys most all things outdoors.

Lori Cooper, V.P. Finance

LORI-COOPER-CONTROLLER-INVESTOR-RELATIONS-NEW-LONDONLori Cooper is the V.P. of Finance here at New London. Lori began her career with New London in July, 2013.  Lori has 26 years of professional accounting experience and her focus here is highly concentrated in investor relations, cash forecasting, budget modeling, external audits, and financial reporting.  In addition to Lori’s financial responsibilities, she manages our payroll, HR and employee benefits programs.

Prior to joining New London, Lori worked with several software-industry related firms. Lori spent six years as VP of Accounting & HR at Reflex Systems. At Reflex Systems, Lori was responsible for accounting, human resources, and investor relations.  Preceding Reflex Systems, Lori spent 3 years leading the accounting team at Ciphertrust, Inc. and was responsible for coordinating all external audits while maintaining timely month-end financial reporting.  Prior to Ciphertrust, Lori worked 5 years as International Accounting Manager at MAPICS, Inc . with a concentrated focus on on international accounting, internal ERP reporting, and consolidating financials for multiple locations around the world.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elon University in North Carolina.

Christmas time is Lori’s favorite time of year! She truly enjoys supporting the Clark Howard’s Christmas Kid’s List, which provides Atlanta-area foster children with new toys to open on Christmas morning.

When Lori is not at New London she enjoys playing tennis and golf.  She’s a BIG FAN of all sports! On Fall Sunday’s, you can find Lori cheering on her favorite hometown team – the Baltimore Ravens.

Donnie Halcomb, Operations Manager

DONNIE-HALCOMB-ESTIMATING-MANAGER-NEW-LONDONDonnie Halcomb has been a valued member of the New London team for the past 8 years. He loves the New London collaborative spirit, where everyone pitches-in as needed to help to get the job done!

Donnie has developed strong relationships with clients and co-workers. He really enjoys estimating projects and watching them develop from concept to completion –  the jobs come to life through the production process. 

On the weekends and when Donnie is not working he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching a good movie and participating in fun, local activities.

Donnie is involved in a local church, which generously provides meals to needy families on Friday nights. On occasion, Donnie might need to leave early to support that cause. “It really is a very humbling experience to see how appreciative people are just to receive a good hot meal. It makes you very thankful for all that you have.”

Adam Silverberg, Plant Manager

Adam started his career in commercial print at Sunbelt Printing & Graphics in Marietta, GA in 2001.  While finishing his degree at the Art Institute of Atlanta he worked as a pre-press technician.  After graduation Adam discovered a knack for management and quickly moved up the ranks and took over production in 2006.  Following a series of mergers and acquisitions Adam was attracted to New London’s customer first philosophy, commitment to quality and family environment.  He joined the New London team as Plant Manager in February 2019.  He enjoys the fast-paced environment production offers and the opportunities to learn about our client’s businesses.

Adam enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife and son.  He is an active leader with the Boy Scouts of America regularly working to teach and support the youth of our community.  He is a Georgia native originally from Stone Mountain.  He is a loyal, often disappointed, fan of all Atlanta sports franchises.
